Digital Download Policy

Digital products only
CutFileZ digital products are electronic files, not physical goods. No shirt, decal, frame, print, or other finished item is shipped with a digital-only listing. Listing photographs may show examples of possible uses.
What you receive
The files included with each purchase are the formats and versions specifically identified in that product listing, which may include SVG, DXF, PNG, and/or JPEG. File contents, colors, layering, dimensions, and compatibility vary by design; review the listing before purchasing.
Delivery and access
After successful payment, download instructions or access are provided by the checkout/digital-delivery provider identified during purchase. The method and availability period depend on that provider. Keep a backup copy of purchased files. If access fails, contact lauren.h.farrow@gmail.com with your order number; do not send payment-card details.
Software and machine compatibility
Some files are designed for Cricut, Silhouette, or other cutting and graphics software, but compatibility depends on your equipment, software version, import settings, and skills. DXF, SVG, PNG, and JPEG files behave differently. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the stated formats suit their workflow. We will reasonably assist with genuine file corruption or a missing advertised format.
Digital purchases and refunds
Because downloadable products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final once download access has been supplied. If a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its listing, or cannot be supplied, contact us so we can correct it, provide a working replacement, or offer an appropriate refund. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
Usage rights
Eligible CutFileZ digital purchases include the lifetime personal and commercial-use license described in our Licensing Policy, including unlimited finished physical products and print-on-demand merchandise. Original or substantially similar digital design files may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. Review the Licensing Policy for digital end-product conditions and exceptions.
