LaurenFarrow.com features original art, canvas prints, and CutFileZ digital designs created or offered by Lauren Farrow. By accessing the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and the applicable product, licensing, shipping, and refund policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate images, descriptions, sizes, formats, prices, and availability. Colors may differ between screens, prints, and original artwork. Minor handmade variations may occur. We may correct errors, update listings, or decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or fraud is suspected. If a paid order is canceled, we will refund the amount collected for that order.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout; applicable taxes and shipping are calculated or disclosed before payment. An order is accepted when confirmed by the actual checkout or selling provider, subject to availability and fraud checks. Payments must be made through the authorized checkout service; do not send payment-card details through email or contact forms.
Digital products
Eligible CutFileZ digital cut files include a nonexclusive, perpetual personal and commercial-use license, as detailed in our Digital Download Policy and Licensing Policy. Permitted uses include unlimited finished physical products and print-on-demand merchandise. Buying a file does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or exclusive ownership of the artwork.
Physical products
Original paintings are unique physical works; purchasing one does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Canvas prints may be made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print provider. Shipping, damage reporting, cancellations, and returns are addressed in our Shipping and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the site design, product photographs, illustrations, text, graphics, and artwork are owned by Lauren Farrow or used with permission and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content outside the permissions explicitly granted in a purchased license or by law.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, misrepresent orders, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access or cancel transactions associated with abuse or suspected fraud, consistent with applicable law.

Links to payment processors, marketplaces, shipping providers, or other sites are provided for convenience. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for independently operated third-party websites.
Disclaimer and liability
We strive to keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility of every digital file with every software version, machine, or workflow. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim relating to a purchased product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
