Which items ship
Original paintings and canvas prints are physical products and may require shipping. CutFileZ SVG, DXF, PNG, and other digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not incur physical shipping charges.
Original paintings
Original paintings are carefully packaged to protect the artwork and frame, if included. Processing time, available destinations, shipping method, insurance, and cost are provided on the product listing or during checkout.
Canvas prints
Canvas prints are produced on demand, potentially through Printify and its print partners. Production begins after an order is accepted and may vary by size, provider, destination, and demand. Estimated production and transit times shown at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping rates, taxes, and customs
Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated or disclosed before purchase. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. International customers, if international shipping is enabled, may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes not collected at checkout.
Tracking and delays
Tracking information will be provided when available. Carriers and fulfillment providers may experience delays outside our control. If a shipment is substantially delayed or appears lost, contact lauren.h.farrow@gmail.com with the order number so we can investigate and identify the available remedy.
Damage or incorrect orders
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number, packaging photographs, and clear images of the problem. For print-on-demand canvas prints, please report the issue within 30 calendar days of delivery to support timely investigation and reprint/refund processing. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Address errors and failed delivery
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. Additional shipping or replacement costs caused by an incorrect address may be the buyer’s responsibility, except where law requires otherwise.
Returns
Please see the separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy for eligibility, reporting windows, and return authorization. Do not mail items back without contacting us first.
